To translate complex medical language into terms and concepts that are more easily understandable

To provide written reports regarding the merits of a potential medico-legal claim. (Applicable industry standards, as well as guidelines and protocols for practice are taken into account when the merits of a case are identified)

Clinical research and literature searches

To assist the Legal Practitioner by arranging case files in a court-ready format

To act as a basic Nursing Expert and/or Amicus Curae during the trial of a medico-legal claim

To act as a qualified mediator in any medico-legal dispute
