As a team of dedicated Legal Nurse Practitioners, our mission is to save the legal fraternity at large time and money by determining the merits of a medical malpractice claim before it escalates to litigation.

Legal Nurse Practitioners collect and analyse medical records and personal testimonies of patients that relate to all healthcare services and outcomes that occurred during the said incident. When all the data have been evaluated, the merits for a medical malpractice claim is then weighed against the cause and nature of the injuries.

Case Merit Assessment

Our main objective is to save legal firms time and money by assessing the merits of a medical malpractice claim before the case is brought on board.

Both lawyer and client are spared thousands by not having to enlist the services of other experts before it is absolutely necessary to do so.

Baseline Medicals

These physical examinations are conducted to determine an employee's eligibility for work according to the regulations of The Occupational Health and Safety Act. 

It includes visual-, audio- and fitness tests, and a certificate of good health is awarded to each successful candidate.

Consultations

We have conducted countless consultations with people from all walks of life, and we take great care to consider all aspects of each story/potential case.
As a team of experts we pride ourselves on being sympathetic and object listeners, and our comprehensive notes and reports after each encounter reflect a standard of professionalism and excellence.

Research

Each new case-file's hospital- and other medical records are diligently worked through and organised in chronological order. 

Thereafter, our legal nurse practitioners conduct in-depth clinical research and other literature searches to ensure that all procedures and terms that are mentioned in the completed report are duly verified and easily understood. 

Expert Witness

Having more than 17 years experience in the industry, our legal nurse practitioners are equipped and qualified to join your legal team as an expert witness, ready to take the stand and attest to the facts of the medical malpractice case.

Dispute Mediation

Our objective stance allows us to advocate for both the patient and/or the legal practitioner, in favour of the facts presented in each new case.

It is our solemn pledge to provide our clients with an accurate and amicable result that is acceptable for both parties.
